We offer a delivery option to receive the products you have purchased on our site. Here are the details:
Standard Delivery:
FREE service, delivered within 10 to 30 business days.
Delivery from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Select "Standard Delivery" when confirming the order.
Orders placed before 12 pm from Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.

Please note:
Our goal is to deliver within the above deadlines. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as shipments are processed by third parties and are subject to local carriers' holidays.
* We are unable to change the delivery address for orders after order confirmation.
* If no one is present at the specified delivery address to take delivery of the products, the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox.

RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable).

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the context of an online purchase on the website, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the ordered product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal with {your site name}, without having to justify any reason or pay a penalty. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, a public holiday, or a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
In the case of an order containing multiple products, this 14-day period expires from the receipt of the last product.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased product(s) and shipping costs will be refunded, leaving the return costs to the customer.

The return must be in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions...) in the same packaging used during shipping to allow its commercialization.
Proof of purchase, a copy of the invoice, or the purchase delivery note must also accompany the return for better management.
In accordance with current provisions (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Audio recordings, video or computer software unsealed after delivery,
Delivery of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
Delivery of a newspaper, periodical, or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;

The customer exercises their right of withdrawal directly with {your site name} by using the standard withdrawal form available on the website and attached in the order confirmation email.
They can also exercise their right of withdrawal by sending an email via the contact form specifying the subject of their request, their first and last name, order number, address, the date of their order, and clearly expressing their wish to withdraw.
After sending the withdrawal form or the notice of withdrawal to (site name), the customer must return a tracking number and the product(s) to (site name) within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days after the customer's decision to withdraw.
{Your site name} will refund the amounts paid, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which the right was exercised, using the same means of payment as used for the order. This refund date may be postponed until the product is received.
