RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the context of an online purchase on the website, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the ordered product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal with {your site name}, without having to justify any reason or pay a penalty.
